Our customer was facing challenges in evaluating facility capacities. They made a request for a solution that allows tracking all the essential production KPIs for workstation operators and visualizes them on a single screen.
Solution
Our team has developed a flexible solution for the operator's screen, built upon the AGW workstation. This solution can be adapted to meet any new customer requirements and is easily scalable to encompass all locations.

Key challenges
The main issue we encountered at the facility was the lack of proper communication between different levels of facility management. This extended the time of our project our project in time, but we managed to deliver a stable solution that met everyone’s requirements.
