Our customer faced issues with understanding the production capacities and equipment workload. They asked us to build the traceability network for data collection and analysis and help them in identifying the actual equipment availability.
Solution
Traceability is the essential component for all AGW products, as we help facilities to collect data in order to pass all the necessary certifications from large clients. Our Engineering team has deployed the traceability network at the facility and connected all equipment pieces to the cloud servers.

Key challenges
At the time of the project, there were a general workers strike in the city, so the assembly lines were shut down, and we had difficulties with connecting the equipment. We had to wait until the strike is over to proceed with the deployment and still managed to finish the project on time.
