As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced MES Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working on-site with customers, and takes pride in delivering real value on the factory floor.  
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys business travel, face-to-face collaboration, and taking ownership of client relationships-from system rollout to long-term success.  
Years of experience are not so critical; an essential point is to be proficient in the field; be autonomous and be able to take ownership of the stated tasks.

Responsibilities: 

  • Consultancy for MES implementation, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, deployment and support 
  • Implementation and integration (responsible for the delivery of projects) 
  • Identify project opportunities and variations and proactively highlight them   
  • Training and support 
  • Work closely with and support Project Manager and the Project Team in all aspects of project delivery and scope management   
  • Ensure project adherence to company quality processes and procedures   
  • Continuous improvement 
  • Documentation review 

Skills and abilities: 

  • MES software expertise  solid hands-on experience with one or more MES platforms 
  • Manufacturing knowledge (strong background in manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and traceability) 
  • Systems integration (knowledge of system integration, including APIs, middleware, and IoT devices used on the shop floor) 
  • Experience in the full project life-cycle from system specification through design, development, testing, and on-site commissioning is essential   
  • Strong self-management and problem-solving skills 
  • Exellent customer  focus, communication, and in a dymanic environment 
  • Adaptability – flexibility to adjust to changing technologies, project scopes, and team dynamics 

Nice to have: 

  • Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, etc)  
  • Network design and configuration.
