Our customer has recently gained a new automotive vendor and asked us to help pass audit requirements. They also needed a system for data storage, allowing them to comply with new standards and requirements from the vendor.
Solution
After examining the current configuration at the customer’s facility, our team adjusted one of the existing solution to better fit their needs. Our product allowed to establish a quality control procedure with a sequence of steps specifically for this workstation.

Key challenges
Since this was the new type of assembly line for both us and our customer, we needed some time to identify the algorithm of interacting with it. Once we’ve established the flow, the process was running smoothly, and we were able to create a stable network for data collection.
