Assembly Line Scaling

Customer has expanded its production and opened many new assembly lines. They asked us to scale up the software and sync the existing databases with the new equipment pieces.
Solution
AGW software is easily scalable to large production capacities, so we performed the gradual expansion and covered all new stations. This included connecting the equipment from new vendors using compatible connectivity protocols. Along with that, we synced the databases and added new stations into the data collection network.

Key challenges
During this project, we had a few optimization issues. A new vendor didn’t offer comprehensive support for its equipment, so connecting it was the challenging task. Also, we faced some compatibility issues with USB printers for labeling. However, we managed to find a connectivity protocol to connect all devices and equipment into a stable network and optimize data collection.
