We’re excited to announce that Ashwini Balasubramanian has joined OLSOM’s board. In this role, she will help shape OLSOM’s strategic direction and support our innovation and sustainability goals.
Ashwini brings extensive experience from leadership roles at major automotive and manufacturing companies, including Toyota Motor Corporation, Harley-Davidson, Martinrea International, and ZF North America, where she has driven results in corporate strategy, technology innovation, and ESG leadership.

Her achievements include leading global teams, pioneering innovation including AI in product development, and driving initiatives focused on sustainability and diversity. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, and is also a Certified Sustainability Excellence Associate from the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
