Due to the expansion we’re looking for a Product Manager to make sure our products keep delivering real impact. This role is about bringing clarity and impact: you’ll turn business needs into clear product requirements, unblock teams, and ensure that every feature moves the needle for our customers.
This is a strategic position that focuses on shaping product direction and decision-making, without direct team leadership responsibilities but with room to grow into leading your own Product team.
Role Details
Location: EU / Ukraine (remote-friendly)
Grade: Middle/Senior Product Manager, with potential to grow into a leadership role
Languages: English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Core Qualifications
- Background in technology, business analysis, or data analytics
- Proven experience delivering complex B2B or industrial tech solutions (manufacturing, MES, logistics, automation a plus)
- Track record of building and executing product strategies and roadmaps
- Hands-on expertise in backlog management, feature prioritization, and testing product ideas
- Comfort with multiple priorities and stakeholders; ability to zoom out strategically while managing details
- Strong ownership, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of manufacturing or manufacturing industries or industrial automation
- Experience in UX or user research
- Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and their application in industrial software
Key Functions
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
- Structure and drive the process of requirements gathering and analysis
- Manage backlogs, weigh trade-offs, and prioritize features for maximum business and customer impact
- Establish clear responsibility zones within the product scope to ensure accountability
- Act as the bridge between Services and Engineering – translating client and consultant insights into actionable requirements
- Partner with UX/design to enhance usability and ensure customers succeed with mission-critical workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on positioning, go-to-market strategies, and adoption initiatives
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs to measure impact, guide decisions, and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends, technology shifts, and evolving customer needs to future-proof the roadmap
- Own comprehensive product documentation and knowledge management to support cross-team alignment and scalability
