As we expand into the US market, we’re looking for an experienced MES Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working on-site with customers, and takes pride in delivering real value on the factory floor.  

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys business travel, face-to-face collaboration, and taking ownership of client relationships—from system rollout to long-term success.

Scope of work: 

  • Consultation and analysis 
  • Implementation and integration (responsible for the delivery of projects) 
  • Identify project opportunities and variations and proactively highlight them   
  • Training and support 
  • Work closely with and support the Project Manager and the Project Team in all aspects of project delivery and scope management   
  • Ensure project adherence to company quality processes and procedures   
  • Continuous improvement 
  • Documentation review 

Experience, skills & qualifications: 

  • MES software expertise 
  • Manufacturing knowledge (strong background in manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and traceability) 
  • Systems integration (knowledge of system integration, including APIs, middleware, and IoT devices used on the shop floor. 
  • Experience in the full project life-cycle from system specification through design, development, testing, and on-site commissioning is essential   
  • Self-management 
  • Customer focus 
  • Adaptability 

Nice to have: 

  • Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, AVEVA etc)   
  • Systems Integration (knowledge of system integration, including APIs, middleware, and IoT devices used on the shop floor)  
  • Network design and configuration  

Languages: 

  • English is an absolute must 
  • Spanish would be nice to have 

Additional nuances to consider: 

  • Years of experience are not so critical; an essential point is to be proficient in the field; be autonomous and be able to take ownership of the stated tasks 
  • A critical requirement is the ability to travel within the U.S., frequently to Mexico, Canada, and other parts of South America 

Location preference:

North America; the highest preference is the US or Mexico.
