Our customer asked us to copy the OEE solution we made for them two years ago for a new facility, and modernize the process of declaring scrap and production counts into an existing ERP system.
Solution
AGW software is easily scalable and expandable, so we were able to copy the existing solution and integrate it at a new facility with added functionality for interacting with an ERP system.

Key challenges
We had certain delays in implementation time because workers strike took place in the city. Once it ended, the implementation process was running smoothly, and we were able to finish the project successfully.
