Organizing Full-fledged OEE tracking

We were asked to create a full-fledged OEE tracking solution to help our customer in better understanding of their equipment availability and performance, as well as make it dynamic and easily adjustable to all processes at the station.
Solution
After some brainstorming, our team came up with the first prototype of a combined OEE screen for workstation operators. This screen is split into two parts: one part shows all the equipment metrics, and the other part can be completely changed and adjusted in real time to fit specific processes at the station.

Key challenges
Our client had only one PLC to connect all the equipment, which was quite a challenging task. However, we managed to create a routing network to account all the machines and unite them into a stable network.
