Our customer asked us to help with ERP system migration, from an old and laggy one to a new one. Along with that, we both faced some complications with supporting the system, so we decided to improve and standardize the data exchange processes and clean up the outdated forms and documents.
Solution
We standardized the data exchange and communication interfaces for all the locations at the client's facility. This allowed us to significantly reduce the data processing times (up to 3x times shorter for some processes) and minimize time we spend supporting the product, both on our side and on customer's side.

Since we worked with this customer for about 10 years now, we had a lot of projects. Each project at the location had different communication interfaces for the ERP, which made declaring scrap and using documentation difficult.
