Assisting our customer in improving the visualization of production processes by creating a comprehensive visual monitoring solution that tracks the main KPIs.
Solution
Our engineering team developed a configurable screen that allows to see all the OEE metrics: equipment availability, production quality, and overall workstation performance. Using real-time monitoring and seeing all the processes on a single screen helped the plant management improve internal production processes and increase production capacities as a result.

Key challenges
The main challenge was the unstable equipment connectivity that prompted us to use different IoT devices and third-party protocols to build a usable network. We were consulted by the local IT team to figure out the optimal solution.
