The customer was facing challenges with production optimization, particularly with batch manufacturing and sequencing. They asked us to develop and introduce flexible solutions to satisfy both scenarios.
Solution
Our Delivery team managed to build the custom sequencing scenario that accounts for the current production capacities at the facility. The solution includes a comprehensive reporting feature and error-proofing mechanism to minimize human factor. Thanks to the flexibility of the AGW components, this scenario can be used as a template for scaling at future locations and adding new facilities into the network.

Key challenges
