Implementing a standard traceability solution for assembly lines. Multiplying this solution to all Motherson locations in Spain.
Solution
We used a standardized AGW solutions for tracking data from all the equipment that makes the assembly line. The solution can be changed, in case if there are some new requirements from a customer, and is easily scalable to cover all locations

Key challenges
We spent a lot of time communicating with the customer to make sure the integration of every location will be executed perfectly. At some point, it became challenging, but we came up with the working algorithm that suited both sides and allowed us to quickly proceed with covering all locations.
