Our customer asked to create the first sequencing solution for this facility. This solution could then be used as a template for all production flows at the plant and help the customer optimize their production capacities and standardize the production process internally and with suppliers.
Solution
Our team created the first iteration of the sequencing solution and designed the algorithm that tells the equipment which order it has to accomplish next. Thanks to the flexibility of the AGW software, we were able to cover all equipment and design optimal production routes.
