Transitioning to an Advanced MES Solution

We were asked by our customer to transfer the current production management processes into a new, more efficient MES that provide sequence control and tracking of the entire manufacturing facility.
Solution
The flexibility of AGW optimization functionality allowed our team to make a smooth transition to a new MES. AGW provides sequence control, tracking of the full production cycle, and detailed instructions to machines and people to prevent production issues.
Along with that, new system has a simple reporting feature that helps to quickly configure different types of reports using a single application.

Key challenges
The project implementation took a long time at the testing phase. Since the AGW solutions could only be delivered during line downtime, which happens a few Saturdays per month, every comment and revision delayed the final launch by a couple of weeks.
