We are excited to welcome Michael Pilotti to OLSOM as our Americas Key Accounts Manager! In this role, he will lead AGW smart factory implementations across North and South America, working closely with customers to enhance manufacturing efficiency, optimize operations, and maximize their ROI.
With over 30 years of experience in IT and engineering applications, Michael has built a career at the intersection of digital transformation, system integration and manufacturing technology. His expertise spans CAD, PLM, CAE, ERP tools and IT infrastructure. Having led global teams at Hanon Systems, Visteon, and Ford, he brings a deep understanding of both engineering and IT, making him a key addition to our team as we continue to drive innovation in smart factory solutions.
