The customer asked us to develop a sequence solution that covers the processes like kitting, packing, and shipment to minimize human errors at this stage of production.
Solution
We developed a few sequencing scenarios that track and control complex multistep processes and allow proceeding with the next step only if the previous one has been performed correctly. The solution is easy to learn and flexible, so it can be expanded onto other processes if needed.

Key challenges
This was our first experience with sequencing solutions for this manufacturer, so we had to do a lot of tailoring and optimization to be able to meet their requirements. Thankfully, AGW products are flexible and easily customizable for various processes, so we managed to create optimal scenarios for production processes.
