AGW MES

AGW MES is an ISA95 compliant web-based product that provides a broad and flexible platform to optimize manufacturing operations. From simple to complex operations, AGW MES manages the entire build process from start to finish providing operators detailed step-by-step directions and controlling their completion.
Visualization capabilities give you real-time visibility and historical analytics over all manufacturing operations, enabling you to improve throughput, quality, agility and compliance. AGW MES is a powerful, flexible and scalable Manufacturing Execution System that is easily expanded with business requirements to maximize performance.

Production Scheduling

Defines what needs to be produced and what resources to use. AGW MES supports the number of production scenarios such as "Build-To-Batch", "Build-To-Schedule", "Build-To-Sequence", "Build-To-Order". Scheduling is either manual or automated following predefined criteria.

Product Labeling

Manages printing of various types of labels (production, customer, container and many other) in batches or on demand. Performs serialization of parts, containers, etc.

Organizes integration of EDI of different format (EDIFACT, VDA, flat text, XML, etc.). Sequences customer orders to the production lines, subassemblies and containers. Commonly used in the "Build-To-Sequence" and "Pick-To-Sequence" production scenarios.

Controls different packing scenarios such as batch or sequenced, shipment loading and goods delivery to the customer. Error proofs proper packaging eliminating human mistakes.

Manages operators, their qualification and compliances. Organizes operator training for specific machinery, processes and tooling. Visualizes operator performance helping to reduce personnel related loses.

Real-time visibility

AGW MES shows the current state of the factory in a real time using various informational dashboards. Instantaneous alerts to problems and exceptions distributed with email or paging messaging systems in parallel to dashboard notifications.

Web based

AGW MES can be hosted on the in-premises servers or in the cloud and accessed with standard web browsers.

Reporting

AGW reporting capabilities offer a wide set of various standard reports that can be adapted to customer very special needs. Custom reports can be developed by system integrators or directly by the customers using AGW Report Designer capabilities. Reports can be presented in forms of charts or exported to MS Excel.

Flexibility

Configurable core of AGW MES allows to not only easily tail the software to the specifics of manufacturing operations but also customize look and feel of the application (i.e. properties of objects and naming) without changes to the application code. This gives our customers the opportunity of application customization yet keeping it standard and maintainable.

Interfaces

AGW applications are all powered with advanced interfacing capabilities that allow to build robust and efficient interfaces to the plant equipment, ERP systems, quality syatems and any other manufacturing applications.

Devices

HMI can be run on PCs, tablets and rugged mobile devices such as bar code scanners used by operatives or fork-lift truck drivers.
